Production Fee: By filling out this form, all parties acknowledge that a $200 production fee will be collected at the end of the night. If total ticket sales do not meet this amount, no payout will be issued to the performing bands and all ticket revenue will be retained by The Arcane Workshop to cover the production fee. All revenue past $200 will given to the named point of contact to divide at your discretion.*

TICKET PRICE: By filling out this form, all parties acknowledge that shows must have a minimum ticket price of $10 per attendee. Free shows are not permitted under any circumstances. This policy ensures the sustainability of our venue and supports the artists who perform here.*

PROMOTER: By filling out this form, all parties acknowledge that the promoters and performers are solely responsible for promoting their own events. This includes creating and distributing show flyers, event listings, and promotional materials. The Arcane Workshop is providing the event space only and will not be responsible for any marketing, outreach, or advertising related to your show.*

SHOW TIMES: By filling out this form, all parties acknowledge that door entry for show begins at 7pm and shows begin at 8pm only.*

BOOKING: By filling out this form, all parties acknowledge that they are responsible for curating and booking any additional bands/artists for the requested event. The Arcane Workshop is only a venue, not a promoter or booking agency.*
